A Celebration of Food & Cider!  Saturday March 24!
Reception – 5:30pm  Dinner – 6:30pm
Sea Cider is a family-owned, community-minded orchard and ciderhouse. They grow organic cider apples and strive to produce award-winning cider. We are a small farm with a big heart and aim to deliver an exceptional experience. We think cider is for celebrating and cider is worth celebrating, so raise a glass of Sea Cider, and let the ciders tease your senses!

Reception – Hors D’oeuvres: Phyllo Brie with Apricot Chutney and Smoked Salmon Blinis with Lemon Curd!
Cider Pairing – Birds and the Bees – The birds & the bees are a welcome sign of spring,and we thought we’d pay tribute to the pollination season with a cider in their honour. Our farm-crafted apple cider is blended with Vancouver Island fireweed honey and lemon bitters for a zesty finish buzzing with goodness.

Starter: Argentinean Prawn Taco!
Cider Pairing- Kings & Spies  – Crafted from King apples, Northern Spies and other apples of mysterious lineage, this off-dry cider is crowd-sourced and community-minded to the core.

Main Course
: Bengal Pork & Apple Curry!
Cider Pairing– Pippins – Pippins is a “sharp” style cider, thanks to the Yellow Newton Pippin apples we use and cool fermentation from champagne yeast. Pippins features pineapple and confectionary notes, and is incredibly food friendly.

Dessert: Apple & Almond Tart, Maple Whipped Cream!
Cider Pairing – Pommeau – A still, Normandy-style cider crafted by slowly fermenting hand-pressed Snow apples. Potent yet refined, Pommeau has a smoky nose of cinnamon, dried fruit, apple, and maple syrup while boasting a velvety, full mouth feel.

$60.00 + tax with Cider Pairings and $50.00 + tax without Cider!
